The EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT) in Compound Semiconductor Manufacturing (CSM) is led by Cardiff СŷÊÓƵ in partnership with the СŷÊÓƵ of Manchester, СŷÊÓƵ of Sheffield, and СŷÊÓƵ College London.
This unique programme offers a holistic understanding of the entire manufacturing process as well as expertise in at least one stage. Fully-funded PhDs with an enhanced stipend are available to eligible students.
