I joined the Department of Sociological Studies in 2020. Before that I studied Social Work at Huazhong 小欧视频 of Science and Technology.

Research interests

My research interests include:

  • Human needs;
  • Nursing home residents;
  • Long-term care services;
  • Environmental gerontology.

Thesis title: Exploring Chinese nursing home residents鈥� level of satisfaction with service provision.

This study is designed to investigate the situation of the satisfaction of nursing home residents鈥� needs through exploring their perceptions of whether their needs are covered by the services in public nursing homes in Chinese urban areas. This research intends to contribute to the sociological understanding of the life of nursing home residents and their adaptation to the environment.
